The UNOX BAKERLUX SHOP.Pro™ LED Vittoria.Matic (XEFR-06EU-ELRV) is a high-performance commercial convection oven engineered for bakeries, cafés, pastry shops, restaurants, hotels, and food service operations that require consistent, professional baking results. Designed and manufactured in Italy, this premium 6-tray convection oven combines advanced airflow technology with manual humidity control to produce perfectly baked bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, pizzas, and savoury items with exceptional consistency.

Powered by AIR.Plus technology, multiple high-performance fans distribute hot air evenly throughout the baking chamber, ensuring uniform baking on every tray without rotating pans. DRY.Plus actively removes excess humidity to create crisp crusts, golden-brown finishes, and superior caramelization, while STEAM.Plus provides manual humidity injection for artisan bread with excellent oven spring, glossy crusts, and soft interiors.

The intuitive LED control panel allows operators to program and save multiple baking cycles, making production simple, repeatable, and efficient. Its 6-tray capacity (600 × 400 mm) increases productivity while maintaining a compact footprint, making it an excellent choice for businesses with medium to high baking volumes.

Built from durable stainless steel for long-lasting reliability, the Vittoria.Matic is designed to deliver outstanding baking performance, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance. With right-hand door opening, it also offers convenient installation and workflow flexibility in professional kitchens.
