Support after you buy

Every product we sell is genuine and sourced through official brand channels in India, and carries the brand’s official warranty. When you need help, you contact us — we handle the rest.

1. Warranty cover

Warranty period and terms are set by each brand and depend on the product. The terms are included with your product and we explain them at the time of purchase. Please keep your GST invoice — it is your proof of purchase for any claim.

2. How we handle a claim

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your invoice, product model or serial number, and a short description or photo/video of the issue.
  • We assess and register the claim with the brand or its authorised service centre, usually within 24 hours on working days.
  • Service is carried out by the authorised service centre — at your home or at their workshop, depending on the product and brand.
  • We follow up until the product is repaired or replaced and back with you.

3. What warranty usually does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear and consumable parts such as grates, burners, flavorizer bars, seals, bulbs, batteries and blades.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, power surges or not following the user manual.
  • Domestic products used commercially, unless the brand allows it.
  • Gas, electrical or built-in installation done by anyone other than an authorised technician.
  • Rust or cosmetic damage from weather exposure or improper cleaning and storage.

4. Out-of-warranty service

If your product is out of warranty, we can still help. We will coordinate paid repairs and genuine spare parts through the authorised service network and share the estimate with you before any work begins.

5. Setup and usage help
