Returns & Refunds

Our policy for returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds on products bought from QR4Life Experience Store, Hyderabad.

Experience before you buy

We encourage every customer to see, touch and try products at our Jubilee Hills experience store before buying, so you can choose with confidence. Our team is happy to arrange a live demo for any product.

1. Return window

  • Home and outdoor products (KitchenAid, Weber, Napoleon, Coleman and Campingaz) can be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase, if unused and in their original condition and packaging with all accessories, manuals and the invoice.
  • Commercial equipment (such as Unox ovens) is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If it is found to be dead on arrival, please report it within 48 hours of delivery or installation and we will arrange inspection and replacement.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your product when it is delivered. If it is damaged in transit, defective or not what you ordered, inform us within 48 hours on WhatsApp or by phone, with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund after verification.

3. Items that cannot be returned

  • Products that have been used, assembled, installed or connected to gas or electricity, unless faulty.
  • Products without original packaging, accessories or invoice.
  • Consumables such as wood chips, briquettes, foil pans, planks and food-contact items once opened, for hygiene reasons.
  • Products made or ordered specially for you, including built-in and outdoor kitchen projects.
  • Products damaged through misuse, accident or improper installation.

4. How to request a return

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 73962 22623 with your invoice number and the reason for return.
  • We will confirm whether the product is eligible and arrange pick-up, or ask you to bring it to our Jubilee Hills store.
  • Once we receive the product, we inspect it — usually within 2 working days.

5. Return method, shipping and fees

  • Return method: bring the product to our Jubilee Hills store, or we can arrange a pick-up from your address.
  • Return shipping: free for damaged, defective or wrong items. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return pick-up or shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Restocking fee: none.
  • Condition: only new, unused products in their original packaging can be returned (unless faulty).

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection. For cash purchases, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account in the buyer’s name. Delivery or installation charges are refundable only if the product was faulty or wrong.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched or delivered. Orders for commercial equipment, special orders and imported items may be subject to a cancellation charge, which we will tell you about before you confirm the order.

8. Exchanges

If you would like a different model or colour, we are happy to exchange an eligible product within the return window, subject to availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.

9. Your rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
